We are seeking a hands-on Working Restaurant Manager who will work an active shift, manage operations, lead the team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This is a leadership-from-the-floor position. You have to be independent, a problem solver, and a leader by example. Job Summary

The Working Restaurant Manager is responsible for the daily leadership, operations, and overall performance of the restaurant. This role combines active shift leadership with management responsibilities including staffing, coaching, guest service, scheduling, inventory oversight, labor management, and operational execution.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, hospitality-driven, and capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations and actively work scheduled shifts
• Coach, train, and motivate team members
• Maintain high standards for guest service and food quality
• Manage labor, scheduling, and shift efficiency
• Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
• Monitor food costs, inventory, and operational controls
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
• Lead by example during peak business hours
• Support local store marketing and community engagement efforts
• Help drive sales, profitability, and overall team performance

 Qualifications:

 
• Previous restaurant leadership or management experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, and restaurant operations
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic administrative software
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-oriented under pressure
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Food safety certification 
Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
