- Dependable and punctual
- Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Lead and support team members during shifts
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Train, coach, and motivate team members
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards are met
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Coordinate with BOH to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle POS operations, cash handling, and online orders
- Maintain a positive, team-first culture
Qualifications
- Hard worker with a strong work ethic

- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods andbending repeatedly
