 Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Creates and maintains positive and professional staff and client relationships.

Generates and Cold-Calls prospective clients.

Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.

Explores current client base for additional sales opportunities.

Collaborates with team members to determine strategic sales approaches.

Manage inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.

Presents the restaurants in an appealing way to prospective clients by telling intriguing stories and describing available opportunities.

Conducts sales call activities and meets weekly and monthly goals.

Conducts delivery, setup, execution of events, and coordinates catering staff.

Ensures guest satisfaction throughout the sales and execution process.

Coordinates with multiple restaurant operators to ensure all equipment and delivery/fulfillment needs are met.

Maintains current knowledge related to competition and market conditions and effectively applies strategies to increase business.

Responds to all potential leads and inquiries in a timely manner and tailors' responses to customers' needs.

Documents all sales activities and bookings in accordance with expected standards.

Provides potential clients with property site tours.

Participates in local hospitality and community networking events.

Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

BEO detailing experience


 Qualifications

College degree or the equivalent in related work experience

Previous experience with inside/outside sales.

Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.

Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.

Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner.
